Cotton interlock is a lovely knit fabric as it's extremely soft and warm with a little bit of stretch which makes it perfect for babies. It is warmer than cotton jersey or rib knit because it is a double knit construction, making it thicker and heavier and therefore more luxurious than a single knit.
