Our little acorn cot duvet inner has a 100% cotton percale casing and a cotton blend filling. These cotton blend cot duvets are the perfect solution for ensuring a good night’s sleep for your little.
Not only does cotton’s moisture management properties and breathability ensure that they don’t get too hot, it also ensures sufficient warmth in the colder early hours of the morning. The cotton:microfibre blend also ensure that the duvet remains hypoallergenic.

Young children are less able to regulate their own body temperature meaning they are at a higher risk of overheating; therefore we recommend 200 GSM duvet inners (4.0 togs) for cots and cot beds for children under 5 years old. This is also the international standard for cot and cot bed duvet inners.
Duvets will trap more air around the frame of your child and they are therefore kept warmer at lower weight ratings and should not require anything heavier than 200GSM/ 4 Tog. It is also recommended that, in general, your baby should be dressed with only one more layer than you are wearing.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended 200GSM or 4.0 tog duvet inner for children in cots and cot beds as this could lead to overheating due to their limited ability to regulate their own temperature.
We recommend duvets for babies over 12 months.
