I have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order please check your Spam email folder and ensure our email address is marked as “not spam”.
I have a discount code - where do I enter this?
If you would like to make use of a discount code that you have received please add this to the section in your "Cart" before proceeding to checkout.
How can I make payment?
Payment can be made via EFT or via PayFast, our secure payment gateway.
PayFast accepts credit and debit cards. If you select this option you will be directed to the PayFast payment screen. If payment is not made within 24 hours your order will be cancelled.
If you prefer to pay by EFT, select this option and you be able to view our banking details. If payment is not made within 24 hours your order will be cancelled. Please send proof of payment to email@example.com and use your surname as reference.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed and will be processed once the funds have cleared into our bank account. This can take up to 3 days depending on your bank.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our orders are sent within two working days of payment clearing into our account. Shipping then takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Once you order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you need your package by a certain date, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come back to you with the expected delivery date.

What are my delivery options?
National Delivery – We make use of a 48-72 hour door-to-door delivery courier service. Our courier company delivers during the week within normal working hours. Please provide a work or home address where there will be someone available to accept the goods on your behalf should you not be available. All orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery, if your order is below R1500 you will be charged R99 for delivery. Applicable to most areas within South Africa.
Post Office – For customers who are situated in rural or outlying areas the South African Post Office may be used to deliver your order, as most courier companies do not service such areas regularly. You will be contacted should we need to use the Post Office for your delivery.
What if I received my order and something is wrong or missing?
In the unlikely event that this happens please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, what is wrong with your order, when you need the product, and we will help rectify the situation as soon as is possible.
How do I return items? What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date that you purchased it to return it to Babes & Kids for a full refund, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging and in a sale-able condition. Simply enclose the original invoice (make sure to keep a copy) and return your order to us.
All items returned will be inspected prior to any refund. We only accept used goods for return if there is a manufacturing defect. If the product/s have been misused in any manner by you the customer, you will have the option to have it repaired at your expense. Failing to adhere to the product/s washing care instructions is a form of misuse. If there is a manufacturing defect Babes and Kids will refund the cost of return shipping.
We ask that you would email us at email@example.com in advance before returning any items. Unfortunately original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is not covered unless there is a manufacturing defect.
In cases of unavailability, Babes and Kids will make the product available or refund the customer in full in 30 days. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns
How do I track my package or the status of my order?
If you registered during check out you can check on the status of your order or get tracking information by logging in to your account. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, or the full name the order was made under, and we can send you this information.
If you would like to track the package once it has been shipped you can visit Courier Guy or Dawn Wing website and select the “Track” tab. Enter the tracking number that was provided in your shipping confirmation email. It will also state which courier company has been used.
What if I change my mind about my order after checking out, or need to make changes to my order?
If you need to change, cancel, or add to your order after checking out, please email us at email@example.com and we will help make the necessary changes
